How to Overcome Resistance to Change in Your Firm

In his early firm days, a lot of the resistance that I got was not through a rational lens. Oftentimes when we're doing that super robotic like rational ROI calculation, we overlook how the person that currently oversees that process is gonna feel about it. And oftentimes getting aggressive with change like that can kind of steamroll people. That's not really a fun place to be in.
