I think when you see a lot of the team members, five, seven, 10-year longevity, that gives people a lot of comfort. A lot of times higher turnover is a symptom of a bigger problem within the firm. So it's really difficult to isolate factors when you're looking at value because they're so intertwined with everything else. It's hard to isolate and compute, but it definitely has an impact.
