Defending George Jackson

One day, a fist fight between black and white prisoners breaks out in the yard. One guard with no whistle or warning shots aims his rifle and fires four shots all at the black prisoners, kills three of them. The word went out that they would have to be revenged by the black prisoners against the guards. And so fay stender creates an advisory council made up of white radicals called the solidad brothers defense committee. They used their clout to turn george jackson into a folk huro and his defence into another national referendum on the system as a whole.
