i went there first when i was 23, and that was my whole identity. And so when you leave, really, i felt like i have to grow a different kind of skin because the sanga has been my skin. This is refuge, this home, this community. I left when i was forty and a and i had spent my whole adult life basically there. It was a four year discernment process. Altogether, i guess ileft when i was maybe 39, and i disrobe was forty one. That wasin two thousand 15, so six years now.
