The Importance of a Religious Life
The deepest people I know are overwhelmingly been religious, overwhelmingly. The most profound people I've ever met have 99% been religious or come from a religious background. Everything in life is a choice except what happens to you? You don't choose that. Even if the marriage ends in the divorce, it's the best choice you can make because marriage makes you grow up.
