Burnout was a total personal experience, and surprisingly prependemic. I did see the signs that i was burning out in the pandemic as well. It sort of really did change us. It changed what are kind of our our priorities were. But i definitely burned out. I had to leave my, my whole company. I just had to abandon it. I couldn't work any more. And i think that's why i write about burnout, because it was catastrophic for me, but i was able to come back from it.
