Steroids and Harms
The risk of steroid harm is pretty low, but i think every single one of us has probably seen a person come into the emergency department with harm from from steroids. So i will absolutely give it if ther there looks like there's a strong benefit. I'll give it for my covet patients. But i think we just need to be careful and selective in who we decide to give it, and not just start giving it out like candy.
