When you walk into a mattress store and you see 40 white rectangles, everybody's talking about springs and hybrids. Steve Jobs did at Apple in 1997 when he came back. He said there were two things that people are trying to do with these computers: surf the web and word process or they're trying to do that plus render photos and videos. Same thing for mattresses.
