UX Designers - Are You the Only Woman on Your Team?

Getting in the shoes of the user doing as much UX research as possible has been key for me. I find there's typically two different ways this is that it's kind of manifests. One is the people care about it in theory but no one is doing anything about it situation and then there's the kind of like slightly more toxic cultures where there's you know some no this is not a problem. We have time for two more questions so we want to ask you to ask questions.
