Meditation for Stress Relief

A big part of my evening is just kind of this evening solitude and mindfulness practice. So that could be journaling, that could be going on a walk with the dogs. That could be doing some easy stretching or foam rolling. I wouldn't call it meditating because I'm not actively practicing awareness of my mind. But it is just me sitting and letting those thoughts go until hopefully they run out.
