Health Care

Health care and medic care are a much more difficult masth problem. Unfortunately, i think the medicure system is far too complex. It pays my salary, if you will, because i spent a lot of time explaining it to peoplend i get paid to do that. But i would much prefer a simpler system it didn't employ me.
