Fear is the root of an anxiety disorder and then there's uneasiness which is a side effect of fear. There's cold, sweaty, numb, tingling hands or feet, shortness of breath, breathing faster more quickly than normal. We lose a lot of our wisdom when anxiety is a part of our life. Anxiety disorders may be linked to faulty circuits in the brain that control fear and emotions. The safer you are as a parent, the less stress your child is likely to have later in life.
