The author co-wrote a book on sambo, using the power of improving play to forge connections in a world. She argues that if everybody treated each other like an improv partner, we'd be in a much more harmonious and engaged place. The active listening part is huge, she says; you being a good listener is half the battle with regard to how resonant and productive your relationship is.
