Bully can enter a great culture and just get snuffed out because all the other infrastructure just doesn't tolerate it. There's too much transparency there's too much merit-based promotion, he says. "It's very hard for that personality to to get ahead in a culture like that" But on the flip side i guess of the amazing cultures they feel like living organisms where there's healthy dialogue between leaders and the rest of the organization around what's working  and not working.
