How to Build a Team Around Your First Product Hire

When you go from zero to one, then you start building a team around that first product hire. I tend to think that you need at least a couple of folks on that team that are experienced with product management or overall just kind of operations and business. The sooner you start developing your data analysis as an organization, that's also super important.
