How Crucial Is It for Workers to Keep Up Dating Their Skills?
With so many on line training providers now partnering with employers and finding out what their needs are, i think we could see that need fill. We can see more and more people finding the sort of new coller jobs that exist throughout the economy to day where you don't need a college degree. There are lots of jobs like that, an increasing number now, by our count, where you can atally become pretty good at that job after doing a 12 week course or a six months course. I think that's that's exciting news for the future? And how important do you think it's going to be in the future, relative to where it is now or in the past, for workers
