We have to keep on the agenda water adaptation, finance, action now. But when we're doing now, we also really do have to think about the future. The arab region is now hitting one point four trillion dollars of debt. We don't want a laden burden and debt with more om non-concessional finance. There's drought in the horn of africa. Southern sudan, every single year, is getting knocked by floods. So there has to be ways now, but also not as we think further down the road.
