i'm a huge proponent of using our mornings intentionally and creating a little more time to kick off your day on the right foot. I am so not about oing this at the detriment of your sleep quality. Some proven way is to improve your sleep include aiming to go to bed around the same time every night, avoiding screens and blue light at least an hour before going to bed,. Avoid kafine and naps later in the day, and keeping your bedroom cool, dark and quiet while you sleep. Anumber two is this, set screen time and phone limits.
