The Supreme Court's Decision on Race
David Rothkopf: We had three cases that had real implications on regarding race. Two of the three, you had the Supreme Court upholding a race conscious formulation. One of the three pretty emphatically striking it down. How do you approach it as somebody who's argued in front of the court again and thinking through its jurisprudence on racial issues? He says decision in affirmative action cases was probably the least surprising ex ante.
