The Friendship of Jonathan and David
C.S. Lewis spells out four kinds of love the Greeks would talk about. One is called Storgate, right? And it's the love that we'd say if I love pizza, I love my mom, I love home, I love traveling,. Whatever those things are, all that kind of love that story. It's I have an affection and at one point he describes Storgate as the rice. He also notes that in our day and age, we elevate Eros to such a degree because the Greeks were great, not that they were great, but they had good thoughts. They recognized that while Eros is good, it's the desire for friendship too.
