You can't really predict what a modern field is going to look like because there are so many people that only own one deck, which is completely understandable. I think your point to team tournaments, where it's like, well, now you have three people who need to build one modern deck. Between them, they are likely going to be able to play whatever they want. So it is far more likely that you consistently see like, ter one decks in that seat,. versus like,well, we re cried jim, and jim only owns murfok, so jim is playing murFok, or whatever.
