When you take out a project that big, you learn every single thing you can about the house. I've since learned that the best way to find a sub contractor is having them referred by another sub contractor. They those guys typically work out really well. Going off the internet, it's tough. You got a call a ten guys, and then maybe one or two of em will be good and reasonably priced. The price, as lariis incredibly large. Like, il get project.
