Supposed to patients says this, write down what you're going to say next and edit it three or four times over the course of a day or two until you come up with something you really like remembering to put in the I feel statements to stroke in. The feeling empathy and how do I disarm this and howDo I disarm that because I work my ass off on that until I got way, way better at it.
