Do You Have Any Monitoring of the Players?
There's a fair amountt of boomers that have rotated through the squat over the years, with certain clubs not allowing some players to go and play. What does it look like from you day to day? Can you log into a smarter base and see how all the players are going each week? Doo, do you have any daily, weekly monitoring that occurs outside of those stringent camps with the boomers?! I've gone a long way away from collecting data just to feel like i'm looking busy and justifying my job. So even on tour, we don't do daily wellness any more. And then someone randomly and sydney sending them an emo. It just doesn't work
