The idea of seasops came about because there was a lot of data we wanted to uncover. The biggest challenge is the mix of sales tack tools, whether it's tack tools or just the mix of new ways that selling will happen. And so i think that there's going to be a whole shift in the landscape of how technical you need to be as a salesperson and how good at using soft war.
