The Magic of Smell
Smell plays an incredibly important role in the relationships of so many animals. In Bells, Dr Chris Forks shows us how humans might actually be paying more attention to smell than immediately meets the eye. The team at Queen Mary University London set up a research project to match people with potential new friends through their sense of smell. They found that when you are talking about sexual attraction, people tend to choose others that are different in their body order. But for some animals at least, it's the driving force behind all of their interactions.
