Are You Really Retaining Free Fatty Acids?

If you are cyci, let's say you take the niason and in the two hours after that, you expect a burn on carps. Two or three hours after that,. you expect to have a big fat, whether you eat fat or not. But if you're leveraging the carbohydrate oxidation for 2-3 hours after taking niacin, then you're doubling the fat by double the fat bomb. At what point are you actually, on average, even lowering free fatty acids? And if not, then what is the point of the  niacin?
