Em: A lot of the time when we're talking about sense making, i think oftentimes we're debating about what is true. And so in the course, we'll look at things from the level of the internal, like how do you descalate yourself enough during a conversation to be able to think at all? She says people only go as deep as each other goes or as the leader goes u so there's vulnerability.
