If we are only ever talking about purbet dogs, are we talking about dogs rigt collectively? I think having buts involved in things like this is important because of the enormous population of them that exists. If i go init it's a known cross, and it's something pretty intense, like sal boter colly, but it's crossed with maybe a bunch of other stuff, or something less intent, i generally find that the dog is watered down a little bit. They tend not to be as extreme in there ben any of their behaviors.
