Using Parallel Assays to Test 10,000 Locations at a Time
You can now use that technology, these massively parallel reporter assays, to test 10,000 locations at a time. And so it's printing and so you're able to control super costly. We've made multiple modifications to that technology. One was sharper MPRA, which stands for basically getting a higher resolution view by tiling these elements. And we made another modification called Hydra for high definition regulatory annotation or something like that. This allows you to test 7 million of these at a time by sort of cutting them directly from the DNA.
