The operator is kind of infuriating to listen when you know what's happened and she doesn't have any sense of urgency at all", writes Mathewson. 'If there was any chance of saving anyone in that horendous situation, wouldn't you be screaming out of desperation? If it's all over and you know they're all dead?' asks the journalist.
