Accepting Negative Behaviour

A terrapist would most likely move you towards a place where you're trying to get to the part of yourself that's modivating that negative behavior, but also accepting that behavior. Only through acceptance and acknowledging this behaviour in yourself can you move towards a place of accepting responsibility for it, take an accountability for it. But if you deny it and just keep self flagellating, repeating the pattern, there's no acceptance and accountability.
