Government is uniquely difficult because it has to account for all people. You can't just take the best of the best and sort of start your own personal country club of the richest, most elite, most intelligent,. high ei ce individuals. Because the majority of the people are not high i c individuals by definition. Nor are they elite, are they geniuses, nor are they super wealthy billionaires.
