CNN's John Sutter talks about the challenges of being an outsider at a big company. He says people were "freaked out" when he came in and said, Hey, I bought your company. And I'm now also the CEO. What is that like? They were totally freaked out. But they took out kind of a humble approach and was like, we learned how to do the call center stuff. We learned all the components and sat next to the people.
