The next incarnation of a paleodiet, which is looking a whole lot like a carnivore ish type diet to me. This came up in the podcast that i did with bill von hipple as well, and i've been wrestling with this idea. The amounts of fructos that are used in these studies to suggest these high rates of d and l that i talk about in this podcast are with massive amounts of froctose. And none of this is terribly relevant during cronovirus, but i still think this is a great conversation that i should release.
