The Six Headwinds Behind Vietnam's Development

Vietnam is facing six types of headwinds hindering the global development and Vietnam's development. These are economic recession, inflation, geopolitical competitive competition, protectionism, decoupling with a lack of cohesion and solidarity. Developing countries are most stricken by external impacts such as climate change disasters and pandemics. To address and to brave the headwinds, our approach is that it is a global approach because the current challenges are having impacts on a global scale. We need to have global solidarity and uphold multilateralism. And an entire people approach, putting people at the center, at the subject of change and development.
