How Do You Think You Could Study Psychedelics?
There are a lot of scales already created that look at dissociation, mysticism, spiritual experiences. And so you ask the question, what is it that you're trying to measure? And what's your outcome? Is your measure looking at improvement and depression, improvement? But then there's also studies at the level of reducing pathology. You can study how something helps improve from pathology or how something helps in the optima, optimization of already high functioning individuals.
