The Importance of Calvinism

If Calvinism is true, then why be so concerned about it? I mean, why even teach it? Why not be a stealth Calvinist as many people apparently are according to a lot of the statistics. It's one of the reasons that I've said, if you can remain a non-Calvinist, then you should remain a non.-Calvinist because he'll sovereignly bring you to Calvinism. If God is truly controlling those things, then you can just wait for him to control it.
