If you want hypertrophy and ulic, i want to be a wall of muscle. There is an upper limit to where that's not healthy. If you're at six % body fat and you have the ridiculous mount of muscle, your odds of dying of cardiac failure go up meaningfully. And as you age, especially o, don't want to do that. So what you want is reasonable muscle mass, not too much, and you want very strong bone mass.
