The Myth of Reason

Science and its methods, even its axiomatic claim upon universality, that it doesn't matter who performs the experiment, should always be the same are seen as mere cultural artifacts. Reason is similarly considered by post-modernism to be a contrivance of power. It's something that cannot tell you anything about the world. It can only tell you about people who think their reason is better than someone else's. The rule of law similarly is rejected because laws are human contrivances and thus ultimately arbitrary. So when somebody of a minority race has got shoplifting, they shouldn't be held to account or held liable.
