I like being in the thing, but I don't like it all being about me. That's what Terry Woken did really well - he was a great ringleader. He sat in the middle of that show and a great letter would come in. And lots of people respond so well to that because you just don't hear nonsense for the sake of it. So with the Radio 1 challenges we do, we're allowed to do it. It plays into all my favourite things, which are I like messing around. The BBC is like the BBC and there's like a boss. You should take the mickey out of that."
