The Prophet's Cry to the Lord in the Psalms

Elijah is not happy with what he perceives to be God's judgment upon this woman and her inner son. The number three is associated quite frequently in the Old Testament with a revival or rest for his people over and over that occurs. So we stretch himself, lays himself on top of this child three times and then he cries, oh, Lord, my God, let this child's life come into him again.
