Then follow that person back to their own account and like and engage with what they're doing on their own account. Does it make sense to do the same thing via a private message in stories? You definitely could. That's not something that i spend too much time doing or teach. I'm actually not even a huge fan of tagging stories with hash tags or locations unless it's for a very specific topic or event.
