Status App and Communities Rollout

Status app is trying to do with communities what discord has in terms of a separate discord servers for people and I believe communities being something akin to that. So you could have like content topics specific for a community and then additional content topic specific for different types of media. The initial design we went for is that one community gets one network For messages and then there's another network for control messages with justice messages need which are not chat messages, but information needed to allow all the kind of features you know such as knowing as someone's online or Knowing what is the the logo of your community  and then a third network. This is this design is to enable Statues to be launched at this point
