The Importance of Studying the Scriptures

I think that the greater lesson is the totality of Scripture. The entire narrative. If you've been a Christian for at least five years and you can read it, you haven't read for yourself the entire Bible. You are missing a lot. And Jesus himself said that the prophets were writing about me. Okay, so Moses was writing about Jesus. That is the core. And you have to study the Bible and look for him in Moses. Look for him in Abraham. Look for he in Joshua. Understand that whole body. And everything opens up. I spend roughly two hours a day studying the Scriptures.
