Is LND Using a Library From BTCD That Had This Issue?

LND nodes were in sync to chain. Most people use LND with Bitcoin D or Bitcoin core. The issue was that LND was using a library from BTCD that had this issue. If you're running an LND node, you have to update and you haven't yet.
