How to Build a Tolerance for Strong Emotions
Without patience, youre not going to be able to get through a conflict. The next tip is to build a tolerance for strong emotions. Even if they don't feel good, that just because your partner expresses something that's angry or even periods of anxiety or depression doesn't throw you off your game.
