Chaucer's Purse Vouchsafe or Grant Him Favor

The first stanza of Chaucer's poem is about his love for the purse. He pleads to see its color, like the bright sun and the yellowness that has no pee. The second stanza describes it as a queen of comfort and good company. It concludes with the standard refrain, be heavy again, or else must i die.
