The GP has been all over the show because one good project brings on the bacon. So I mean, that's a good thing. Most businesses work at 5% in my opinion. And then the crucial one is team and this is now we're at the stage at the other challenges you've got. You know, to building an amazing team definitely increases the value of a business. If you really want to scale this up, you've got to start investing in great people. It's what I always teach is E plus M equals S entrepreneurship plus management equals success.
