Investing in Process, Getting a 18 % Discount on Your Investment?

The idea would be that they can invest the capital better than you can, and you can ride with em. And when i look at it, i'd like to get a share of ten cent. So here's where it gets a little shaky. Um, i said that this was an 18 % discount. But when you look t like a how many shares that process says has been issued. And then you look at the wall street journal, like shares outstanding verses as issued, it's a lot of stuff. Am i not confident in my ability to figure out actually how many shares are out there and actually what the discount is? If anybody has a good grasp of this and they're confident
